Ancient8 - Marketing Leader [Full-time]

Ancient8 is seeking an experienced Lead Marketing who is willing to contribute your abilities to the growth of the business and accompany us on the journey to lay the foundation for the success of NFT Games and the Cryptocurrency industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, manage and track the efficiency of  marketing campaigns as well as events.
• Conduct market research about marketing trends, user demands change, and competitor analysis to explore applicable user growth marketing opportunities, approaches, and models;
• Devise marketing-oriented user growth strategy, direction, and plan in line with business plan;
• Explore and trials on diversified user growth channels & partners & model; Independent project management including planning, execution, data monitoring & analysis and project review & ROI evaluation;
• Create planning and reporting processes that will help improve overall marketing efforts and give guidance to internal teams;
• Help to define key metrics to management for ongoing marketing improvements;
• Measure and report all marketing campaigns' performance, assess against goals; identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree is required, marketing-related education background;
• High-level project, budget and time management capacity and ability to work constructively in a fast-moving team environment;
• At least 3 years of marketing experience covering social marketing, content marketing, user growth marketing; Event management or digital marketing experience are preferred.
• A sharp understanding of consumer insights, social media, social content, and the Internet industry;
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development;
• Basic knowledge or experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus.

LOCATION AND WORKING TIME

• Location: Flexible. Work from home or in the office at MG Building, 38D Lam Son Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Working time: Flexible from Monday to Saturday.
